Pru Decreasing term is a product that is taken out to pay the outstanding bank obligations in the event of untimely death.
In the event of death, Prudential pays outstanding amount of loan obligation.
If premiums are un paid beyond the grace period prescribed in your policy document, your policy will lapse and will be cancelled automatically.
You can however re-activate your policy by paying your arrears in full as long as your policy is not lapsed for more than 24 months.
As a client, you are required to ensure that all your premiums are paid on time such that your policy remains on cover.
