What are the next steps after application?

Applicants are invited for a Business Opportunity Presentation (BOP), to educate them about PAUL, and Bancassurance. Motivate and persuade them into join PAUL under Bancassurance. Interested candidates undergo a three (3) day training and sit for two exams at the end of the training. Only candidates that have excelled are recruited.

What is the eligibility criteria?

Must be 18 years of age and above
Law abiding, Ugandan citizen with no criminal records.
Attained a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized University
Certificate of Proficiency qualification
Passed entry exams
